a Complex Structure Heat Sink Through Simulation, Fabrication, and Real-World Testing.

- Conducted ANSYS Discovery Thermal Simulations to Evaluate Heat Distribution from the CAD Designed Heat Sink.
- Assessed Material Properties & Circular Fin Design/Layout to Improve Conduction & Dissipation.
- Fabricated the Designed Heat Sink Using Aluminum Sand Casting and Polycast 3D Filament.
