This Manufacturing Project Involved Designing and Manufacturing a Custom Coffee Grinder,
which Focused on Creating a Manufacturable, Durable, and Functional Design through Injection Molding, CNC Machining, Manual Milling, and Manual Lathing.
The Highlight of the Coffee Grinder’s Design is the Injection-Molded
Adjustment Knob, which Allows Users to Fine-Tune their Coffee Grain Size.

Designed the Coffee Grinder’s Internal Components,
Ensuring Proper Tolerances to fit the Clear PVC Tube for a Smooth Grinding Mechanism.

Created a Custom Injection Mold for the Adjustment Knob, using
CNC-Milled Aluminum to Achieve Precise Dimensions.

Selected Food Grade Fasteners and Materials for the Coffee Grinder to Allow for Coffee Beans.
